Summary

​

We are looking for a full-time Project Manager to manage key project implementations with our customers from start to finish. This may require helping to gather the requirements from both internal and external stakeholders and working with stakeholders to run workshops and project meetings to ensure that the project is delivered to agreed scope, timelines, and with high customer satisfaction.

 

Responsibilities

​

• Extensive Project Management experience required to assess the project deliverables and develop a project management plan to ensure successful delivery of scope on budget and schedule

• Responsible for producing all project documentation such as Charter, Project Management Plan, Schedule, Scope, etc. throughout the project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and closing stages

• Demonstrate ability to perform project risk assessment and determine the probability, impact and mitigation plans

• Responsible for vendor relationship management and coordination of all project-related interactions with 3rd party solution providers, external consultants, and vendors

• Helpful to have solid experience in a Business Analyst capacity working extensively with Executive Stakeholders, Business Managers, IT Applications Managers and Developers to analyze areas for conversion and impact on integration with other systems/applications

• Ensure timely and accurate reporting to project sponsor, steering committee, project team and other stakeholders on the project-related milestones, deliverables, processes, issues and measurements in accordance with PMP methodologies and guidelines

• Experience consulting with clients on the design and business value of business intelligence solutions

Requirements

​

• Solid project management skills and understanding of data management and data governance

• Solid knowledge of data management principles and processes

• Ability to break down complex problems into components, identify root causes, and establish resolution plans

• 5+ years of project management experience specializing in business intelligence and/or data management related projects

• Excellent presentation and communication (orally and written) skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, MS Project or other PM tools

• Ability to adapt to change and to detect and respond to evolving business needs

• Excellent communicator, with great interpersonal skills

• Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently and creatively as well as within a team
